Actively search for candidates through regular marketing and recruiting events, negotiating with potential candidates to encourage registration in the system.
Guide bike-taxi drivers through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary licenses and providing detailed instructions on working within the system.
Establish effective communication channels with bike-taxi drivers to address inquiries, explain the benefits of participation, and maintain a positive company image.
Organize and conduct training programs for bike-taxi drivers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor the payment system for bike-taxi drivers, ensuring timely payments and managing any payment-related issues.
Analyze data on bike-taxi driver performance, develop initiatives to increase efficiency, and enhance service quality.
Resolve conflict situations among bike-taxi drivers and maintain positive relationships within the taxi system.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, preferably in the transportation or similar industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Knowledge of licensing requirements for bike-taxi operation.
Experience in organizing training programs and managing payment systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
Conflict resolution skills and ability to maintain positive relationships within a team.
Fluency in English and Thai languages.
