Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, engaging with potential candidates, and launching promotional campaigns.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, and coordinate additional interviews with leadership.
Manage onboarding processes, including contract signing, document collection, and employee record maintenance.
Facilitate training sessions and employee adaptation meetings, scheduling courses and conducting testing as necessary.
Maintain timekeeping records, manage vacation schedules, and oversee sick leave and time-off records.
Conduct employee appraisals and implement incentive programs.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, develop internal rules, and monitor social security payments.
Provide reports on personnel status, offer consultations on personnel management, and collaborate with other departments.
Develop initiatives to enhance the company's image as a reliable employer, manage social media accounts, and organize mass events and charity initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in HR management or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and labor legislation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in document management and CRM systems.
Knowledge of training and development methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and initiative in enhancing the company's employer brand.
Fluency in English.
